In these terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Printhuis" refers to the webshop operated by Printhuis, registered in the Netherlands.
• "Customer" refers to the natural person who places an order through the webshop.
• "Order" refers to any purchase made through the Printhuis webshop.
• "Product" refers to the poster prints and related items offered in the webshop.

These terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement between Printhuis and the customer.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Printhuis reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on our website.

All prices shown in the webshop are in euros and include VAT (21%).

Printhuis reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of ordering applies.

Obvious errors or typos in pricing are not binding.

An agreement is established once the customer has completed the order and payment has been confirmed.

Printhuis will send an order confirmation by email.

Printhuis reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, such as suspected fraud or stock issues.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and iDEAL.

The full amount is charged at the time of ordering.

We aim to deliver within 5-10 business days. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown during checkout.

Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us by email. You must return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Printhuis is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to consequential damages, loss of profit, or data loss.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Printhuis and the customer.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
