Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Printhuis aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across printhuis.com, and we test new features against that standard before release.

What we have done

• Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Dialogs (the size guide, shipping notice and menus) trap focus, close with Escape and return focus to where you were.
• Form fields have labels, required fields are marked, and errors are announced to screen readers.
• Text and interface colors meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio; information is never conveyed by color alone.
• Product images have descriptive alternative text; decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• Pages have a logical heading structure and a skip link to the main content.

Known limitations

• The "View on your wall" augmented-reality preview relies on Safari on iOS or WebXR-capable browsers and cannot be fully described to screen readers; the product page contains the same size information as text.
• Payment forms are provided by Stripe inside secure iframes; we pass on any accessibility issues we find, but cannot change them directly.
• Some older blog images may have generic alternative text; we are reviewing them.

If something on the site is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page address and what went wrong. We respond within 3 business days and prioritize fixes that block a purchase.
