If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or simply not as expected, we make it right — a free reprint or a full refund, with nothing to send back.

Our promise
Every order is covered for 30 days after delivery. If anything is wrong, email us a photo and we reprint it at no cost or refund you to your original payment method. You choose.
What is covered
- Damage in transit (bent corners, creases, dents, a cracked frame or stretcher bar)
- Print defects such as streaks, spots or blurry output
- The wrong item, size, frame color or material
- Colors noticeably different from the product listing
- "Not what I expected" — if the print does not live up to the listing, tell us why
How to make a claim
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- Attach a photo of the print and, for transit damage, of the packaging.
- Tell us whether you prefer a reprint or a refund.
What we do
We reply within one business day. A reprint goes into production straight away and ships to the same address in 2–4 business days. A refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of our reply; banks can take another 5–10 business days to show it. You do not need to return the print — keep it, gift it or recycle it.
What is not covered
- Damage that happens after delivery (for example while hanging or moving the print)
- Orders delivered more than 30 days ago
- Changes of mind after production has started
Cancelling before production
You can cancel any order for a full refund until production starts, normally within 2 hours of ordering. Email us with your order number as quickly as you can.
Why we do not accept returns
Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns of undamaged items; this guarantee replaces a return policy. We believe it is a better deal for you: no shipping labels, no waiting for a package to travel back, and a fix within days.
This policy is shown before purchase on every product page and linked at checkout, so you know exactly what you are getting before you pay.
