Frequently Asked Questions
Our posters are printed on 200gsm museum-grade, FSC-certified paper using archival pigment inks — a premium matte finish with vivid colors rated to last over 100 years. Our canvas prints use heavyweight cotton canvas stretched over a sustainable wooden frame, printed with the same archival pigment inks for sharp detail and long-lasting color.
Poster prints come unframed in standard US sizes (8×10, 11×14, 12×16, 16×20, 18×24 and 24×36 in) that fit ready-made frames from Target, Amazon, Michaels and IKEA. Canvas prints arrive stretched over a wooden frame, ready to hang straight from the box — no frame needed.
Orders are printed to order in the USA and typically arrive within 3–7 business days anywhere in the United States. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Every order is covered by our 30-day reprint-or-refund guarantee. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not as expected, email us a photo within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you — no need to return anything.
