Return Policy

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".

To cancel, send us an email clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can also use the model withdrawal form below.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order

After notifying us, you have 14 days to ship the product back to us.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If the product is damaged or not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover the loss in value.

Did you receive a damaged or defective product? We are sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
